231,268 PointsYou've got the right idea, but no tag other than DOCTYPE has an exclamation point in it.
Also, for each element, the start tag is the one without the slash and must come first. With a little editing and re-ordering you'll pass the challenge.

Not only will this help other people looking at your code, it helps to see it clearly and spot things you've missed.
