Bug Fix Help?

Hi, I found that the background/button color can repeat in random along with the fact. How can I make it so that the code checks if it's the current fact that is going to be displayed again, and instead, show another random fact?

Same with colors?

I have a feeling this is with "if" statements and also throw conditions?

But I can't seem to figure it out.

Any help would be appreciated.
