Broken Link in lesson

within the "write the css" lesson , while doing the resume.html portion, as i added the border and border radius of 50% as detailed in the video and went to view in my chrome browser, it cut out. it briefly loaded for a split second then cut out and i haven't been able to get it back since. it was working fine until that moment. everything is linked up properly , i tested it out with the instructor in the video. any ideas?
