break point will not work. What am I missing here?

@media screen and (min-width: 480px) { background-color: navy; }

media query to make background of the page turn navy blue if over 480px. what am i missing from the statement to make this happen?

Don't forget the body selector!

@media (min-width: 480px) {
  body {
    background:navy;
  }
}
