Bonneville Dam Spreadsheet

Confused by the Steelhead question. What year did the most Steelhead fish flow through the dam?

I've answered 1961 due to the fact that over 630,000 fish passed through the dam on that year, the most out of the entire calendar. I did this by sorting the Z-A range of the G Column that the Steelhead exists in. I've even calculated the Wild Steelheads into it and even then it's the same figure?

Any help?
