Blank page ever since the video showing how to add bootstrap plugins

I've received two page one claiming that there's a database error and the other a blank page. However I haven't touched the database. How do I fix this issue?

figured it out. there was too things I needed to change the password in the wp_config.php file and also I accidentally named my function w/ the same name as a function that already exist.

When it comes to WP a blank page is an indication of bad php. If the database is the issue a Database connection error will be displayed.
