Background-photos not rendering correctly on device but look good in Safari and Chrome development tools. What's wrong?

I have been working on this website and I can't seem to figure out why the site does not render correctly on a real device. I have looked at both the Chrome and Safari development tools on my Mac and they look good. I have cleared cache on the phone I'm checking (iPhone 5 and Ipad Mini) but the background images are not sizing correctly.

Any insight, I have tried so many different things I am not sure what is going wrong. Here's a link to the site. www.dapperdesigninc.com
