Automatically Email Subscribers When Post is Posted

Is there a way to have Wordpress or through a plugin, send out an email to all subscribed users when a post is posted in wordpress?

Yes I think so, I think Zac Gordon has a course called BuddyPress, it might teach you there.

None of these really work. Is there a way to identify what plugins a wordpress site uses?

ghost code I've noticed it doesn't identify the plugins. The one I'm looking for is this site: https://therumhowlerblog.wordpress.com/

They use a plugin that automatically emails out all subscribers when a post is posted. It functions a lot better than the ones listed above.

Then it is not too popular. Why don't you ask them?

Also what functions differently? What makes it a lot better to you?

What I've been looking for is a plugin that will automatically send posts out to all subscribers along with the controls of adjusting the email when it's sent.

Either use a mentioned plugin, find a plugin, or build your own. I am really shocked none of those work but have so many downloads.
