I'm working with Atom and i really don't know how i can add a snapshot. I've gone over the links a lot and have triple checked my code. if anyone knows how i can add a snap shot it will be HIGHLY appreciated! Thank you in advance!

This could be one of the reason. And if you are using a macbook, you can screenshot your code by pressing cmd + shift + 4 and highlight the area of code you wish to copy, you can then retrieved it on your desktop page afterwards.
