Are front end required to memorize all these? There seems a lot and impossible to remember them all.
Or is it company's responsibility to tell us how they want it and front end implement it?

231,268 PointsVery few programmers are able to (or care to) memorize everything they'll use. For most of us, the important things are to be aware of what exists, and know where to turn to look up the details.

Front End Web Development Techdegree Student 7,738 PointsFrom everything I've seen and observed, no you do not. I have many friends in the field far further along their web dev careers than myself and they regularly tell me that hard memorization has very little to do with the job, that they're regularly allowed time to pull up references for precise syntax and that you'll naturally memorize the important stuff by just building and practicing.
Part of the reason I actually stopped pursuing my previous career track with IT certification was the sheer amounts of memorization required for that certification, then I tried coding and found myself enjoying the process far more just reading about thing you can do then memorize by just DOING it rather than amassing a ginormous pile of flash cards!
