appending nodes video with Guil: 'add items' button working but new items arent displayed.

i tried to add an item to the ul element and it seems to be working because it looks like a new line appears but its blank. So in other words the new li i am trying to add (as shown in the video), when appended to the ul element/node, doesnt appear but a new 'blank' line does appear. I took a snapshot of the workspace and added here. Thanks

For your addItemButton event listener you are using a minus sign in your code where you should be using the assignment operator.

li.textContent - addItemInput.value;

should be

li.textContent = addItemInput.value;
