App where members have use of different features

I am making an app in xcode where there are different type of members. For example "Buyer" and "Seller", where on a few pages the buyer has a totally different view from the seller. Maybe like if the buyer had a create request page and the seller had a view and accept buyers request instead of create request. How would i sign Members into my app but they have a few different pages.
