API for media

I am a little overwhelmed trying to find the right way to host and deliver media to my mobile apps without multiple updates in the App Store. Any recommendations for an API service that can update picture and video to my app remotely?

I'm not clear on what the media you're referring to is. But there are a number of photo API services around, including Flickr, Imgur, and Google's Vision service. Similarly, you can find several video API services including YouTube, Vimeo, and Dailymotion.
