Anwar, can you use sign language?

I don’t mean to be critical, but when watching Anwar’s videos about disabilities and accessibility, I can’t help notice that Anwar uses his hands a lot, but not in any practical manner. I think it would behoove him to learn sign or not use his hands, because it’s as if he’s adding emphasis, but it truly serves no purpose; in the end it’s a distraction. Food for thought.
