An element that describes self-contained pieces of content? What is this referring too?

I'm a little confused on this part of the course. I don't what this is referring to. I tried div tags but did not know what it's talking about.

Container elements are things like <div> <main> <section> <article> . Read the markup in the challenge and you'll figure out pretty quickly which element you need to use.
