2,347 Pointsam I the only one with this problem?
will not let me proceed, it says I need to use .toUpperCase() method. Very frustrating
let firstName = "Carlos";
let lastName = "Salgado";
let role = 'developer';
let msg = firstName +' '+ lastName +':'+ role.toUpperCase()+'.';

You are very close. The challenges just want very specific answers. Your code does work. But the instructions say this:
Finally, convert the string stored in role to uppercase letters. The final msg string should look similar to this: "Carlos Salgado: DEVELOPER".
Which means this is what they literally want to see for output:
Carlos Salgado: DEVELOPER
In your code you had a "." at the end and you didn't have a space after the ":".
let msg = firstName +' '+ lastName +': '+ role.toUpperCase();
Hope this helps and happy coding.
