Am I doing something wrong or when I add the callback parameter to the getJson fun. the interpreter never goes further ?

I am newbe and not sure that this code is completely correct but the interpreter never executes the line 6

  1. function add(a, b){
  2. return a + b;
  3. }
  5. add(1,2, (sum)=>{
  6. console.log(sum);
  7. });

I'll answer my own question : okey apparently I need to pass a + b as parameter to the callback function.

function add(a, b, callback){ return callback(a + b); }

add(1,2, sum =>{ console.log(sum); });
