After typing /resume.html on the browser I keep on receiving back a Not Found - The requested URL /resume.html was not f

Can you guys help me out please?

It sounds like resume.html isn't in the basic folder / hasn't been created.

If resume.html is a local file, then you need to know exactly where it is located. You need to type in the drive, user, and folders that its located in before typing in the file name. I'd recommend just locating the file first manually, then opening it by clicking on it, then you can see exactly how the format works in the browser. You'll see that the file is located inside your own account, then it may be inside something like desktop then another folder that you made. These are all shown in the URL.
