Adobe XD is in maintenance mode, and will eventually be depreciated. Currently, only current subscribers of the All Apps Access plan can access Adobe XD, which costs $54.99 per month. This means they depreciated the starter plan (free) and standalone plan ($9.99). I am on the fence about buying https://www.humblebundle.com/software/complete-web-design-ux-mastery-bundle-software , as some of the courses use that. Any suggestions?

Treehouse StaffI understand your concern Ookma Kyi! With Adobe XD in this maintenance mode, you're wise to look for a replacement, and in my opinion, Figma is an excellent option to explore:
Figma offers a robust free plan, which is excellent for learning and creating small projects. With Adobe XD's uncertain future, learning Figma could benefit your long-term career prospects more. It's widely adopted in the industry and continues to grow in popularity.
While the Humble Bundle courses use Adobe XD, many of the underlying UX/UI principles will still be applicable in Figma. You might need to adapt some tool-specific tutorials, but the core concepts should transfer well. The current Humble Bundle deal also includes a Figma course on prototyping.
