Adding method to expense struct

I keep getting an 'expected return' error. I'm being prompted to create a method that doesn't return anything yet..? Help?

struct.swift 
struct Expense {
    var description: String
    var amount: Double = 0.0

    init (description: String) {
        self.description = description
    }
func calculateTaxes(percentage: Double) -> Double {
}

    // add the calculateTaxes method here
    // it should accept only one parameter named 'percentage' of type Double

}

I believe if you kill the "-> Double" it will compile cleanly

Keep the brackets: func calculateTaxes (percentage: Double) {}

Delete the "-> Double" and it will compile.
