add a submit button to your form

I had this entered, wouldn't work. Checked an old discussion on the forums, exactly the same. Still says, "Bummer! You might need some more information!" Any advice? Here's what I have. Oh, and the submit button appears on the preview page?!?

Your post doesn't appear to have your code in it, did you enter it correctly?

There's your problem then, the input 'type' should be 'submit' :)

<input type="submit" name="submit" value="submit">
