The code should look like this after adding the line breaks:

      <label>Shirt Size</label>
      <label for="small">Small</label><br>
      <input type="radio" id="small" value="small" name="shirt_size">
      <label for="medium">Medium</label><br>
      <input type="radio" id="medium" value="medium" name="shirt_size">
      <label for="large">Large</label><br>
      <input type="radio" id="large" value="large" name="shirt_size">
