perhaps a guide rather than an answer would best help :)

7,613 PointsThe same class name will be used for both anchor tags and they are telling you the class name = "social-links". You should not change any of the given html (the href="#"), just add the class after that piece in each of the anchor tags.

So, the problem you are having is adding the extra text in the CSS and replacing the hash (#) with classes. For example,
<a href="#" class="social-links">Follow me on Twitter!</a>
<a href="#" class="social-links">Send me an Email!</a>
.social-links {
margin: 10px;
padding: 15px;
}
