HTML Introduction to HTML and CSS (2016) Make It Beautiful With CSS Test: Styling by Element and Class

Add a class called "main-png" to the pragraph element.

Add a class called "main-png" to the paragraph element

1 Answer

to add a class to a HTML element, you must add a "class" attribute within the opening HTML tag and then the name of the class, in your case "main-png"

So it will look something like this:

<p class="main-png">
   Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua.
</p>

If you wanted to add multiple classes to the same HTML element, you should separate them with a space, like below:

<p class="main-png second-class third-class">
   Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua.
</p>
