access to wp-admin panel

In this video once wp-admin is put in the URL field the installation process is started. When I do this my wordpress dashboard comes up. Am I missing something? -I have installed wordpress, transferred files to my server, and added a database user. What am I missing?

Sorry I just realized everything was in order. The only part that isn't working correctly is clicking on "visiting site" takes me to the Welcome page asking me to upload the FTP files, which i have already done.
