about transfer. I have a question. when I make wp installation on my server, I kept my wp files inside public.html. Now when I create a folderfor localsite it again be maintained inside public.html folder? But if I make this activity all the previous files will be reinstalled. I'm distracted.

If you're just making updates you only need to transfer the files that have changed.

If you're uploading a site for the first time, there shouldn't be any files already there unless wp was already installed. In that case, just upload the files that have changed.
