You're on the right track, just need to change your href in your anchor tag to read #top.

10,547 PointsLooks like you already got there, but for posterity I feel it should be noted to be careful of the syntax too.
Use:
<a href="#top">Link Text</a>
Rather than:
<a> href= "#Anchor">Go back to the #top of the page.</a>
Note the href attribute goes inside the < >
