3D user requirements with 1275 pounds which is 50%+ in dollars.

HI,

User Requirements My client is happy to spend up to £1275 which will include all the required hardware and a up to date operating system. Minimum specification required by a 3D film, i need to consider right components. . Network capability should be included otherwise they could not download.

Can somebody help me with this? then i will need to tell him why its good and why he needs the specific RAM or whatever .
