What does the quotation marks mean again? At first, I thought it meant 7 to the 2nd power, but I might be wrong.

41,751 PointsWhen numbers surround with double quotes it means that they are a string. In this case, when a string concatenated with an integer, the integer will become a string so the result will be 107.
