why is task 1 not passing

I did everything he said and Task 1 is not passing?

banana.py
available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white"
sundaes = available.split(';')
menu = 'Our available flavors are {}.' .format("display_menu")
display_menu = sundeas.join(', ')

Because sundaes is a list it does not have a .join() method like strings do. This syntax error causes all tasks to fail.

Usually "Task 1 is no longer passing" is a symptom of an introduced syntax error.

Try flipping the statement around:

display_menu = ', '.join(sundaes)
