I can't access phpMyAdmin in XAMPP

Hi there

Thank you for checking this out!

In the WordPress section, Gordon didn't really show how to access phpMyAdmin. I tried this URL http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/?lang=en but it says object doesn't exist even though I just downloaded the file from the official website.
