The questionnaire is confusing. Who wrote this?

"Move the 1 to position 0. You can do this in one step with .pop() and .insert()." ? I assume Move index 1 to index 0? Move the the number 1 to the index 0? Be more specific PLEASE.

lists.py 
the_list = ["a", 2, 3, 1, False, [1, 2, 3]]

# Your code goes below here
the_list.pop()
the_list.insert(1,0)

It means to move the numeric literal 1 to the index 0. So index 3 to index 0.

Thanks Dan. It makes sense why you write like yours and I got the code to work now. The code is not that difficult to right but wording of the questions are something.
