What is wrong with my "Launch Workspace"? It's refusing to open. Many Thanks in advance

May be it's because of pop up block?

robin roggenkamp when you select "Launch Workspace" a new window will pop up on screen. If you have a pop-up blocker, it may prevent that from occurring and would need to disable it for utilization of a workspace.
