What is the difference between the HTML and HTML Basics course? They seem similar but different and I would like to know how to choose between the two.

243,228 PointsThey are both introductory courses, and there will be some overlap in the material. But they are both short (estimated 3 hours) so it might be useful to take both because where they overlap will help reinforce the concepts.
I agree with Dragos that it might be good to start with HTML Basics.
And depending on your learning goals, you might also consider the Web Design track, which is a progression of courses and one of them is HTML Basics.
